Renting a flat: College International has a database of more than 300 flats to choose from. The rent begins at approximately € 300 per month. All flats in our database have been checked by our staff and pictures are available of the most important features. The apartments are fully furnished, TV& washing maschine is available in most of the apartments and the kitchen is usually well-equipped. Most of the flats are in the city center, so the universities are easily accesable by public transportation. Our service: There’s a virtual tour of different flats on our website at www.budapesthousingservice.com .When you’ve found some flats you might be interested in, we arrange a visit for you where you’re accompanied by a member of our staff to help you. For the visits with our colleague, we charge a fee of € 20 up to 4 flats. Based on our experience, students can find the adequate flat within 2-3 days. When you’ve found the perfect one, we’re also there to help you with signing the contract. Our contracts are also available in Hungarian and English to satisfy the Hungarian laws.
Please note that when signing the contract the rental fee of two months has to be paid as deposit together with the first month’s rent. Please pay attention therefor to have enough cash with you when signing the contract.
Also, don’t forget that you can only withdraw Forint from Hungarian ATMs and that you cannot exceed the daily limit of your card. Opening hours: Monday to Thursday form 9:00 am – 12:00 am and from 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm, Fridays form 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
